Lazy Sunday Afternoon....

The slumber party ended up okay yesterday morning. Susan got up and made all the girls breakfast. Around 11 am I drove two of them, E and S, to S's house for further play. FA came and picked up my daughter, T, and I joined Susan back in bed, she of course was napping just as she is doing right now. About an hour later Susan is awake, and I am laying there in bed watching tv. Earlier in the morning, before everyone was awake she had offered me a little early morning lovin, but I declined. I was tired! I know, I am pathetic.....well during the afternoon, while we were laying there in bed she again offered me some pleasure. This time I accepted and after a little oral attention I climbed on board. Just as I was getting into the motion the phone rang. "Just let the machine get it." She said and after 5 rings it did. We laid there frozen waiting to hear who would be speaking on the answering machine. It was T's friend S saying that there had been an emergency and E had been taken to the E.R. Seems S's dog had bitten E on the face and ripped off part of her lip. I got up, sex forgotten, and called my ex so I could tell T about it. Wow, I was glad T hadn't gone with her friends to hang out at S's house. Later E's mom called me and said she was being seen by a plastic surgeon at Children's Hospital. She then called back in the evening to say that E was going to be okay and they were on their way home from the hospital. I don't know all the other details, but I hate that it happened. The poor girl now has to start back to school in two weeks after all this trauma.

Well, the rest of the day/evening turned out okay. Susan and I went and spent about two hours at Linen's & Things and Bed Bath and Beyond. All that time spent wandering the stores and all she bought was a new cover for the ironing board! Oh, then later we ended the day finishing what we were doing when the phone call interrupted us earlier! About an hour later the ex brought L home and I put both L and Susan to bed and spent the evening cleaning house and chatting with Buddy Jim till the wee hours.

Just got interrupted with L hollering, "Dad will you come wipe my butt???" Ah, I love 3 year olds!! Ain't they sweet?

With the butt wiping accomplished I guess I will post this and see what the rest of my weekend will bring. Maybe Susan will get up from her nap and we'll play a little more. No, most likely I will be outside washing the cars and drinking beer till sundown. Oh, I just remembered.....Sunday night is Six Feet Under night on HBO. I love Sunday night programming on HBO and I miss the Sopranos...
